The biggest peeve of the people is with the scene after natsuo's birth in the anime, with enji looking angrily to rei and rei looking haunted (in the manga, we just had random panels and no indication what she was looking at). Firstly, that there is approximately a 3.5 year age gap in between each known todoroki sibling
